On October 14 I ordered a takeout from sushi Maki through Ritual food pickup service. After 20 minutes I went to pick it up and found the restaurant to be closed. So I could not get the food even though it was paid for through Ritual food service. I suspect sushi Maki had forgotten to turn off or pause it's Ritual connection.

Great experience. Food was ready for pickup at appointed time. Packaging was perfect for the order. Enjoyed all the variety we ordered - sashimi, dragon roll, veggie tempura…
